New Mission Matters paper

A new paper in the Mission Matters series is now available. Keith Johns writes about the thorny issues of supporting people and projects overseas with western money and personnel. When might it be counter-productive to do this? How might it actually not be in the best interests of churches in poorer nations to receive such help?
