The November issue of The Bulletin is now available
The latest edition of Affinity’s Bulletin is published today. Compiled by our Social Issues Team, it contains information, news and comment on matters that are of concern and interest to local churches and Christians in the UK. Alongside our regular features on life issues and current court cases involving issues of Christian conscience, we have a piece on whether children should be taught about pornography in schools, an analysis of the recent British Social Attitudes Survey and a major briefing on the fallout from the recent changes to the legal definition of marriage in England and Wales. This paper, produced by Rod Badams, in the form of 37 questions and answers, deals with all sorts of matters of concern being raised by churches and Christian schoolteachers about the implications of the new legislation for their biblically-held beliefs and practices. This is essential reading for church leaders and others and we hope it will be very widely disseminated.
